Remove Pork from bag.

Microwave on HIGH for 5 MINS

Heat at 180°C for 10 MINS
or until hot. Stir occasionally.
What you'll need

The Cookhouse Mexican Pulled Pork
-
Puff Pastry sheets
-
Mexican grated cheese mix (or plain cheddar or mozzarella)

Optional: jalapenos
What to do

Heat pulled pork according to instructions.

Using the pie maker rings, cut out puff pastry rounds and place the base in the pie maker.

Place a small portion of pulled pulled pork on the base.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Place puff pastry ‘lid’ on top (brush on an egg wash if you wish) and close the pie maker according to its instructions.

Wait until the top is golden and crisp then remove pies from pie maker. Be sure to let cool slightly before you dig in!
